Scottie’s Building Services (Scottie’s) is a value-added commercial building maintenance contractor providing services throughout North Carolina, South Carolina & Virginia since 1986. We offer custom preventative maintenance plans to ensure successful projects from proposal to completion. Throughout each project, we have consistent executive involvement from leaders with over 100 years of combined experience in the building maintenance industry. We have a partnership approach to business – working together to achieve common objectives and success.

Scottie's Safety Program sets us apart from other contractors.

Our Safety Department consists of three main components: education, hands-on training, and on-the-job execution. Our philosophy is to empower through education, which is why we provide customized training for each technician, conduct monthly company-wide safety meetings, and certify our technicians through OSHA, IWCA, and other credible industry partners.
