Anchor has totally impressed me! I was looking to have my upper east side apt rented. I had been trying on my own but with work I could not do it and so I called John Santulli and Jin Kin.
Actually another agent who no longer does rentals told me to speak with John and that he could get it rented faster than anyone could and HE WAS RIGHT! John and Jin rented it in ONE WEEK! I know my place was in good condition but IT was their skills and network that GOT IT RENTED !! I am still so Wowed with the speed and quality of the tenant they found me! I am so grateful to them! They will get all my future rentals and I refer them to anyone that is searching for a place or has a place they need to get rented . Super profession, fast, knowlegable a great experience! THANK YOU !!!

Danielle is the best and most attentive Realtor I''ve ever encountered. She was attentive, honest and actually listened to what we wanted in our apartment search.
