My roommate and I worked with Gilad to find a place. He was excellent; he was genuinely interested in finding us the best possible place for our price range and preferences. It was a pretty long day traveling around the city with him, but he was energetic and friendly the whole time. He showed us a wide range of places and really listened to our feedback to tailor our wants with what he'd show us next. He was honest and responsive, and he showed us i don't know how many places in the East Village, West Village, Chelsea, and Gramercy.

Realtors generally try to shove you into the first or nicest place they find; Gilad was the opposite. I highly recommend him, and will use him again if i ever move.

My girlfriend and I were looking to move in together and we found Justyna, who couldn''t have made our search easier. We let her know what type of requirements we were looking for (1BR, doorman, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, elevator bldg, etc.) and she was able to provide a variety of available apartments in the UES. She was very helpful in our search process, and seemed to have a great grasp of the NYC real estate market. This process can usually be daunting and arduous, and agents often don''t seem to want to develop personal connections to their clients. Justyna couldn''t have been nicer, friendlier, and wanting to make sure that my girlfriend and I were happy in our first apartment together. She never rushed us to make our decision and was even willing to view some units more then once (or twice) as we attempted to make our final decision and put in an application for an apartment.

Through the entire application process and even after we got the apartment she was in constant communication, recommended some moving companies, and even stopped by after we moved in to give us a housewarming gift. I would definitely recommend her to those looking for apartments around the city and I even did to a friend of mine, with whom Justyna helped get an apartment of their own in the UWS.
