I am Eric W. Augustin, a native Floridian with over 26 years of residential construction experience. Since 2002, I have been the founder and owner of “E & L Home Repairs and Remodeling”. We were listed as the #1 rated Home Repair and Remodeling service in Central Florida for 2006, 2007, and 2008 by Angie’s List (the nations leading referral company for Industry / Service Professionals). In 2007 & 2008, I was awarded the “Super Service” award (must maintain a 98% or better service rating for the year) in the categories of Carpentry, Drywall, Plumbing, and Electrical. Now I am bringing my education and experience to the North Florida area as a State Licensed, State Certified, Home Inspector. We offer a full range of residential inspecting services including; Certified Home Inspections, Certified Mold Inspections, Certified Termite Inspections, Swimming Pool and Spa Inspections, Radon Testing, and Detailed Water Analysis, and we can offer “Next Day Appointments” (in most cases).
