After working for several years in event planning and casting, the owner Natalie Urra opted for a career change to pursue her passion for skin care. After graduating from Poway Academy for Esthetics in 2007 she worked at a busy waxing salon and medical spa for several years. Although she enjoyed the fast pace work she felt rushed and didnat feel that each client was given enough time to discuss their skin care goals.
